چکیده
Bacterial cellulose (BC) production can be performed using a static or dynamic culture method. In the method, BC is obtained presents three-dimensional thinner network structures and excellent mechanical properties. produced in form of granules fibrous threads with lower degree polymerization, strength, crystallinity than those formed fermentation. Compared membranes, sphere-like (SBC) cultured under conditions showed advantages for adsorption due to its larger surface area. The objectives this work were obtain SBC, by bacterial strain Komagataeibacter hansenii ATCC 23769, culture, media containing different carbon sources sources, such as fructose (FRU), glucose sucrose (MS1), (Y) (Z HS), aiming produce supports sustained release rifampicin (RIF). SBC has been agitation at 130 rpm 25 °C. processed remove bacteria residues from lyophilized. characterizations Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, Field emission gun-scanning electron microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis. impregnated antibiotic RIF tested capacity drug diffusion method Frans cell kinetics. that best results all tests FRU, Z MS1 media, respectively. demonstrate potential contribute design new delivery systems biomedical applications.
